Here’s my unfiltered experience

I recently spent 7 nights in a Queen Studio and found it to be a cozy home away from home. The spacious room boasted great closet space and a fully equipped kitchen, although the fridge left much to be desired. Staff interaction was minimal, but the cleanliness and comfort made my stay enjoyable!

The keypad to enter the building was broken, making access a hassle!!! Plus, the corridor had an unpleasant odor and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay with a fully loaded kitchen and great closet space. The room felt cute and spacious. I'd definitely go back again!

The great location provided a quiet respite from the lively French Quarter, only a short walk away. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed enhanced the experience, making it a perfect home base. However, trash near the property detracted from the overall feel, and I noticed the occasional noise from the street. Accessibility issues with the public areas were also frustrating.

The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The room had ample natural light, which was refreshing, and the laundry facilities made our road trip easier.

Some neighbors smoked on the balcony despite the no smoking policy.

Keypad entry was stressful in the rain.

The property is absolutely stunning and exactly as beautiful as the pictures! My studio with a balcony offered an amazing view that made mornings feel extra magical. Plus, the space was impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like home.

Room was cute and spacious. The closet space was great, and the kitchen setup was pretty handy. The fridge didn’t keep things cold at all, which was a bummer. Had to use the freezer as a fridge instead. Also, the keypad entrance was a little tricky. Overall, it felt homey, but they definitely need to upgrade that fridge.

Had an awesome trip with friends! The place is close to St Louis Cemetery No. 1 and just a short walk to Bourbon Street. The rooms were super comfy and the vibe was great. Just a heads up, the keypad entrance can be tricky at night—best to have your phone flashlight handy.

We had some trouble with the keypad not working, which was stressful in the cold rain—it nearly ruined my birthday trip.

The stay was nice with great basic amenities and a kitchen that looked brand new. I particularly liked that I could store my belongings in a locker when I couldn’t access my room. However, the late check-in time of 4 PM was quite inconvenient for us, and I wish there had been instructions on room access sent out earlier.

Sonder At The Promenade offered a beautifully furnished apartment with great natural light. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the lively French Quarter and Bourbon Street. I appreciated the laundry facilities during my stay, making it convenient.
